Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in behavior analysis, special education or a related field
- BCBA or BCABA in good standing with the BACB
- At least 1 year of experience working with a variety of learners applying ABA/VB in either a special education classroom, ABA home program or ABA center based program
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Responsible, organized
- Highly motivated, loves children and loves the science of Behavior Analysis and Verbal
Behavior - Enjoys working in a team/family environment
Job Description:
- Conduct FBA’s or FA’s and develop BIP’s
- Conduct VB-MAPP or EFL assessments and develop Individualized Treatment Plans
- Conduct Supervision to Behavior Technicians in the learners’ home, school and community settings
- Conduct Parent training sessions
- Conduct home, community and school observations/ consultations as needed
- Data collection/ Data analysis
- Report Writing
Compensation/ Benefits:
- Based on degree and experience
- Initial salary $90,000.00 per year (based on 30 hours per week)
